The project
In a post-pandemic context, the number of requests handled by mortgage brokers skyrocketed. This sudden increase made it increasingly difficult to efficiently track clients and impacted the quality of services offered, particularly regarding mortgage renewals. To address this challenge, an innovative platform was developed to help JA Mortgages brokers save valuable time and improve their client management. This custom web portal not only automates a large portion of processes but also manages client files more smoothly and effectively. Brokers can now easily create mortgage files, manage and track their results via dynamic dashboards, and ensure better client management through automated notifications, preventing clients or cases from slipping through the cracks.
The challenges
The development of the JA Mortgages portal was built from scratch. Every step of the process was carefully thought out and executed, starting with in-depth user research to understand their specific needs. The team then designed an appropriate interface, followed by several phases of rigorous testing at each iteration of the project. Adjustments were made based on user feedback to refine the platform at every stage. This was an ambitious project designed to meet a wide range of simultaneous needs. It is a robust platform, created to simplify and automate many processes while offering an optimal user experience.

More than a regular Website
In addition to creating the portal, we also designed a website that goes far beyond a simple informational display. The goal was to use the platform to reduce friction in the client onboarding process and facilitate contact between clients and JA Mortgages. Now, lead information generated from the website is automatically integrated into the portal, allowing for efficient and accelerated redistribution to brokers. This system ensures that clients receive fast and smooth service while optimizing request management for the JA Mortgages team.
