Initial challenge
Couche-Tard needed to accelerate the evolution of its mobile application to turn it into a fully strategic lever, going beyond the loyalty program. The organization was looking for a digital acceleration partner capable of contributing to high-impact initiatives such as the integration of car wash features, the gamification of the experience, and the continuous enhancement of customer journeys, while ensuring the stability and performance of the platform.

Our team took over the development and design of the Couche-Tard mobile application on iOS and Android, structuring the mobile ecosystem around a technology stack including Swift, Kotlin, Java, Python, and React. These technologies were selected based on performance, security, and their ability to support growth in users and transactions.
We implemented a robust architecture integrated within a complex technological environment, capable of supporting high-volume features. In parallel, we orchestrated system integrations and collaborated with multiple partners to ensure seamless connectivity with payment platforms, loyalty engines, and IoT systems.
